The Water Utilities Department of Palm Beach County supplies the regions residents with clean, potable water through an extensive system that includes collection, treatment and distribution. With about half a million people in their service area, the department has extensive experience in reliably serving the public.
To get your water bill paid, you have a number of options available to you. Find your preferred payment method below and follow the instructions for that section.
Make an Online Payment
If you don’t have your account created already, you may do so at the PBC Water online account registration page. Simply follow fill out the on-screen forms and click “Continue” at the end of each section to get through the process:
After your login has been created, you can move on to account payments as described here:
- Use the link at the bottom of this page in the green company contact box to navigate to the PCB Water pay bill site
- Type your user name and password into the boxes in the middle of the screen and click the “Log On” button
- Navigate to bill payment
- Enter your payment method and information and select your payment amount and date of withdraw. Submit the payment after checking to make sure all of your details are right
- Once you receive a confirmation that your payment was successful, you can leave the site
Make a Payment In Person
There are five drop boxes set up around Palm Beach County for you to drop your payment off in person. To do this, place a check or money order with your account number written on it into the drop box at one of the following addresses:

18685 State Road 7 (Boca Raton)
3650 Summit Boulevard (West Palm Beach)
1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard (Royal Palm Beach)
9045 Jog Road (Boynton Beach)

Also, you can make payments in cash at the Boynton Beach location by going inside the Customer Service Center.
Make a Payment Over the Phone
If you would like to make a payment over the telephone, you can call the Palm Beach County Water Customer Care Center by dialing (561) 740-4600 from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Those who live in Boca Raton will have to dial (561) 278-5135.
